Chijioke is a Senior Associate at the Firm. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Chijioke specializes in Technology Law, Maritime and Shipping, Energy, and Foreign Direct Investments. He provides invaluable handholding and expert advice in all aspects of industry-specific operations and handles oil licence and marginal oil field awards.
Chijioke is the team lead of the firm’s Maritime and Shipping, Aviation, Energy, and Foreign Investment practice group. Chijioke has advised and represented blue chip companies in mining of solid minerals, extraction and exploration of hydrocarbons and the legal regime of Marginal Oil Fields. He is highly experienced in Maritime and shipping laws and has advised and represented top clients in the maritime industry.
