Ebenezer Udom
Ebenezer heads the Firm's Transactions Team and is a versatile legal practitioner with above a decade of extensive experience in energy and maritime law. A graduate of the University of Calabar, he has developed a comprehensive practice spanning energy, admiralty and maritime, project finance, insurance, and commercial real estate transactions. He has played pivotal roles in numerous energy sector due diligence exercises, structured and advised on complex maritime financing and vessel transactions, handled multi-million-dollar debt recovery actions tied to energy assets, and participated in critical arbitrations within the oil and gas and shipping industries.
Currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the University of Lagos, Ebenezer continues to deepen his expertise to better serve clients navigating the evolving energy and maritime transactional landscape.
