Lawrence Ohineme
Lawrence is a Partner at the firm. He graduated with a magna cum laude from the prestigious University of Nigeria, Nsukka . His core areas of practice are power and civil and commercial litigation. He provides extensive legal advice on a variety of legal issues and commercial transactions. He was a member of the team that advised a consortium of Nigerian and foreign investors in their acquisition of a majority of the Federal Government’s stake in one of the emergent companies from the Federal Government’s unbundling of the former Power Holding Company of Nigeria. He constantly renders consultancy services in energy law, especially in the area of power. Lawrence is an astute advocate who has litigated and currently litigates a variety of complex issues in various courts of record in Nigeria.
